We use your email address solely for the following purposes:
- To confirm your interest in the Monivo beta
- To send you occasional updates about our progress
- To invite you to join the Monivo beta when it becomes available
Your email address will be stored securely and managed using Resend, our email service provider, which acts as a data processor to send emails on our behalf. We use Resend for the lawful purpose of delivering beta communications to you. Resend is bound by a data processing addendum that includes appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) when you provide your email to join the beta waitlist.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@monivo.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for no longer than necessary. Specifically:
- If you do not engage with any of our emails or join the beta, your email address will be deleted within 12 months of signup.
- If you join the beta, we will provide you with an updated privacy policy that covers ongoing use.

We use Pirsch Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service hosted in Germany, to understand how visitors use our website. Pirsch helps us improve our service by tracking:

- Your approximate location (country/region)
- Browser and device type
- Referral source
No cookies or personal data: Pirsch does not use cookies or store personally identifiable information. Visitor sessions are identified using a cryptographic hash of your IP address, browser, and a site-specific salt, which is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
No consent required: Because Pirsch is cookie-free and does not collect personal data, no consent banner is required under GDPR, CCPA, or PECR.
